This Kids Emperor Zurg Costume brings the Lightyear villain to life with a full-body jumpsuit, 3D foam shoulder armor, and a horned helmet mask. Licensed Disney Pixar design captures Zurg's robotic bulk and metallic purple armor plating across chest, arms and legs.
The jumpsuit has strategic fibrefill padding in the chest and lower legs for that robotic silhouette kids recognise from the film. Metallic purple-blue sheen fabric with printed armor details, red trim accents, and yellow grille mouth piece on the mask. Shoulder pads and gauntlets are permanently attached—no fiddly bits to lose before you leave the house.

What size should I order?
Check the size chart for chest and height measurements. The jumpsuit runs true to size with a bit of stretch through the torso. If your child is between sizes and you want room to grow, size up.
Can they wear this over regular clothes?
The jumpsuit is designed to be worn over a singlet or t-shirt—adding thick layers underneath will make the padded chest too bulky. Fine for indoor parties or mild Australian spring/autumn days.
How do I wash this?
Spot-clean the jumpsuit and foam pieces with a damp cloth. The mask wipes clean easily. Avoid machine washing—the fibrefill padding and foam-backed armor don't hold up well in the spin cycle.
Is the mask comfortable for young kids?
The mask has generous eye and nose cutouts for visibility and airflow. Most kids 5+ wear it happily for an hour or two. Younger ones might prefer to carry it as a prop rather than wear it the whole event.
Care: Spot-clean only. Wipe mask with damp cloth. Air-dry.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
