No — blonde pigtails wig shown on model is sold separately. You'll need to add that to complete the hairstyle.
Q: Can I wear this indoors at a convention all day?
Yes — the satin jacket is lightweight and unlined, singlet is sleeveless, and the shorts are low-rise, so you won't overheat. Stockings are stretch knit, comfortable for hours of wear.
Q: Are the boots included?
