Can I wear this over regular clothes?
No, this is designed to be worn on its own. The halter-neck style and fitted cut work best with seamless underwear. The stretchy fabric moves with you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
