Can I wear this over regular clothes or is it meant to be worn alone?
The bodysuit is designed to be worn directly on your body like a leotard — it's form-fitting stretch lycra. You can layer bike shorts or tights underneath if you prefer more coverage.
How do I wash this? Is the sparkle fabric durable?
Hand wash cold and line dry to protect the metallic sheen on the lycra and the foam-laminated belt. The sparkle finish is durable for a few wears but avoid machine washing or high heat.
Are shoes included?
No — sneakers are not included. White high-top sneakers (Converse-style or similar) finish the 80s aerobics look perfectly.
