Parent FAQs
What size should I order?
The robe is ankle-length and designed to flow, so if your child is between sizes we'd say stick with their usual size - the tie belt adjusts the fit at the waist. The open-front design means it slips on easily over regular clothes.
Will the beard stay on during the whole performance?
Yes - it has an elastic loop that hooks over the ears. For smaller faces you might need to tie a quick knot in the elastic to shorten it, but once it's on it stays put through singing, walking on stage, the lot.
Care: Spot clean or gentle hand wash, hang to dry. The beard can be gently brushed if it gets flattened in storage.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
