Check the size chart image for chest and height measurements. The dress has a relaxed fit through the bodice and elastic-gathered waist, so there's a bit of give. If your child is between sizes or tall for their age, we'd size up.
Can she wear this over regular clothes, or does it need a base layer?
The dress works as a standalone costume with the included tights — no need for extra layers underneath unless the classroom is cold. Short sleeves keep it breathable for active Book Week parades.
How do I wash the costume? Is it durable for school events?
Hand wash or gentle machine cycle in cold water, hang to dry. The 3D printed details (belt, magnifying glass) are heat-transferred appliqués and hold up well to gentle washing — avoid high heat or tumble drying.
Will the glasses fit comfortably for a full school day?
The glasses are lightweight plastic costume frames (non-prescription) with a universal fit. Most kids find them easy to wear for a few hours, though some prefer to slip them off between parade moments — totally normal.
Care: Hand wash cold, hang dry. No tumble drying or ironing on printed details.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
