Q: Can they wear this over regular clothes, or is it meant to go on like pyjamas?
It's designed to wear over underwear or a thin layer (like a singlet and leggings). The plush fabric is warm, so most kids won't need much underneath unless it's an outdoor winter event.
Q: How do I wash this? Is the fabric durable?
Spot clean or gentle hand wash in cold water, then air dry. The plush holds up well to regular dress-up play — the hood's sculpted features and ears are stitched securely.
Q: Will the ears stay upright, or do they flop over?
The ears have internal support so they stand up on their own. They'll hold their shape through normal wear — no need to stuff or wire them.
Care: Spot clean or hand wash cold, air dry flat.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
