Q: How do I wash this? Is the velour durable?
Spot clean or gentle hand wash cold, then air dry flat. The velour holds up well to gentle washing — avoid the dryer to keep the pile soft and the stuffed tail fluffy.
Q: Will the headpiece stay on while they're running around?
The velcro tab at the collar secures it well for active play. If they're rough-and-tumble types, double-check the velcro before the parade starts — it's detachable by design so they can take it off when they need a break.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
