No—the wig is sold separately (item code 2001414) and boots are not included. The 5-piece set includes the crop top, skirt with attached leggings, shorts, neckpiece, and charm accessory.
Q: Can they wear this over regular clothes, or is it meant to be worn on its own?
The costume is designed to be worn as-is—the shorts layer under the skirt provides modesty, and the attached leggings give full leg coverage. No need for additional layers underneath.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
