Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping
We offer Flat Rates $10 for Express Post within Australia. All Costumes AU orders will be sent by Australia Post Express Delivery.
As a result of these unprecedented circumstances, Australia Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take five business days or more to reach their destination.
