Does this wig come pre-braided?
No — the wig ships as a long wavy wig. It does not include a pre-braided crown section or a separate ribbon bow. If you'd like a braided-crown style, this can be braided by hand at home.
Can I wash this wig?
Hand wash gently in cool water with mild shampoo if needed. Air dry flat. Avoid heat styling, as heat can damage the synthetic fibers.
Care: Hand wash cool, air dry flat. Store on a wig stand or in original packaging.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
