Buyer FAQs
How long do the batteries last?
Plan for 4–6 hours of continuous inflation on fresh AA batteries. The fan only needs to run while you're wearing it — switch it off between wears to save power. Rechargeable AAs work great if you're doing multiple events.
How do I get in and out?
There's a zippered opening at the back. Step in, pull the costume up around your waist, zip it closed, then switch on the fan. Takes about 30 seconds to fully inflate. Reverse the process to deflate and step out. The elastic waistband keeps it secure while you move.
Care: Wipe clean with damp cloth after use. Deflate and fold flat for storage. Keep fan unit and battery pack dry.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
