How do I get the costume to inflate?
Insert 4 × AA batteries (not included) into the orange battery pack, connect the fan to the pack via the cord, and slip the fan into the circular port on the blue saddle fabric. Secure the fan with the plastic ring clamp, switch on the battery pack, and the costume inflates in under 60 seconds. The fan runs continuously to keep the shape — battery life is typically 4–6 hours on fresh alkaline batteries.
What size does this fit?
One size fits most adults. The elastic waistband at the saddle adjusts to waist sizes up to roughly 110 cm, and the leg sleeves are open at the bottom so your own shoes fit through the hoof shells. If you're over 190 cm tall or have a larger build, the proportions still work — the giraffe's body inflates around you rather than relying on a rigid fit.
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Deflate and store flat when not in use. Remove batteries from pack if storing long-term.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
