How do I keep the wig secure during wear?
The elasticized mesh cap has adjustable straps inside that let you dial in a snug fit. Tuck your own hair flat under a wig cap first (especially if you have long hair), then adjust the straps so the wig sits firm at your natural hairline. Most wearers also use a couple of bobby pins at the temples for all-day security at conventions.
Can I style or trim the wig?
The fibers are heat-resistant, so you can use low-heat styling tools (under 120°C) to tweak the spikes if needed. The wig arrives pre-cut in graduated layers — we'd recommend leaving the length as-is unless you're confident with wig trimming, since the spiky texture relies on those layered ends.
Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild shampoo, air dry on a wig stand. Avoid high heat. Store away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
