What size should I order?
This costume uses Asian sizing which typically runs 1-2 sizes smaller than Australian standards. How do I put on the mask?
The mask comes in two pieces—the main mouth/jaw section with the iconic zipper-teeth design clips or ties around your head (straps/elastic typically included). Position the zipper detail centered over your lower face for the signature concealed-identity effect. The mask sits comfortably over the wig once both are in place.
Care: Spot-clean PVC pieces with a damp cloth. Hand-wash fabric components in cold water and air-dry flat. Store wig on a stand or in protective netting to maintain shape between wears.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
