How long do the batteries last?
With fresh AA batteries, the fan typically runs for 4–6 hours of continuous use. Bring spares if you're planning a long night — the fan needs to stay on to keep the costume inflated.
Can I see and breathe okay inside the helmet?
Yes — the clear visor gives you full forward visibility, and the fan constantly circulates fresh air through the suit. Most wearers find it comfortable for extended periods, though it does get warm in crowded indoor spaces.
Care: Wipe down with a damp cloth after wear and air-dry fully before storing. Remove batteries from the fan unit between events.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
