A: One size fits most adults up to around 190 cm tall. The inflated shape is adjustable via drawstring closures at the ankles and wrists. If you're very tall the proportions stay cartoonish but you won't be swimming in it.
Q: How long does the fan run on batteries?
A: Typically 2–4 hours on a fresh set (check the fan unit's spec for battery type — often AA or AAA). Bring spares if you're wearing it all night. The fan cycles to maintain inflation, not run constantly.
Q: Can I wear this indoors at a venue?
A: Yes, as long as the ceiling height is over 2 metres and doorways are wide. The suit is bulky when inflated so factor in crowd navigation — you'll bump into things. Outdoor events give you more room to roam.
Q: Is this hot to wear for long periods?
A: The fan circulates air inside so it's less stuffy than a traditional mascot costume, but it's still a sealed layer over your clothes. Expect to warm up after 30–60 minutes of active movement. Take breaks, stay hydrated.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
