PRODUCT DETAILS
What's in the Box
- Cobalt blue all-in-one jumpsuit with Sonic's tan belly patch and white wrist/ankle cuffs
- Separate Sonic headpiece with foam-backed spikes and triangular ears
This Kids Sonic the Hedgehog Costume brings SEGA's blue speedster to life with a cobalt blue jumpsuit, Sonic's signature tan belly oval, and a spiky headpiece that captures his back-swept quills and pointy ears. The one-piece jumpsuit has white cuffs at wrists and ankles, closes at the back with velcro tabs, and the headpiece secures under the chin — ready to wear, no sewing.
The jumpsuit silhouette is straightforward: long sleeves, full legs, and the large tan patch sits front-and-centre on the torso just like Sonic's cartoon design. Headpiece spikes are foam-backed so they hold their shape, and the triangular ears have tan interiors. Runs true to kids sizing — check the size chart for chest and height measurements.
Perfect For
Book Week & Video Game Days: Natural pick for video game character parades, gaming-themed Book Week dress-ups, or any tech/sci-fi school project day.
Halloween & Costume Parties: Works for trick-or-treating, gaming birthday parties, or costume events where your kid wants to be the fastest thing alive.
Dress-Up Play: The jumpsuit goes on easily over regular clothes, so it's handy for backyard adventures, playdates, or post-Book-Week imaginative play.
How to Wear It
Pair with black runners or boots (shoes not included) and you're set. The headpiece sits comfortably over the hair — no wig needed. Skip bulky accessories; Sonic's look is all about speed and simplicity.
Parent FAQs
Q: What size should I order?
Check the size chart for chest and height measurements. The jumpsuit is a full-body piece, so if your child is between sizes, go up for comfort and room to move.
Q: Can they wear this over regular clothes?
Yes — the jumpsuit fits over a t-shirt and pants, which is handy for cold classrooms or outdoor Book Week parades.
Q: Will this work for video game cosplay events?
Absolutely. The design matches Sonic's classic game and film look, so it's spot-on for gaming conventions, character meet-and-greets, or video game themed school days.
Q: Does the headpiece stay on while they run around?
The headpiece closes under the chin with a velcro tab, so it stays secure during active play — perfect for a character who's all about speed.
