What size should I order?
The top and skirt both run true to standard Australian women's sizing with side zippers that give you a bit of adjustment room. The sailor collar sits at shoulder width, so if you're broader through the shoulders, size up. The skirt is a mini length sitting mid-thigh on most adults. Arm sleeve and leg warmers are stretch knit and fit most adults.
How do I care for the wig?
The wig is synthetic fiber. Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends and working up. Store on a wig stand or in the net it arrives in to prevent tangling. We recommend wearing a wig cap underneath for comfort and to keep your natural hair contained during long convention days.
Care: Hand wash top and skirt separately in cold water, hang to dry. Spot clean belt and arm sleeve. Wig can be gently brushed; avoid heat styling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
