The elastic waistband gives some flex, but measure your natural waist and check the size chart image. If you're between sizes and want a fuller swing, size up — the skirt's designed to sit at your natural waist and flare out from there.
Can I wear this over pants or tights?
Yes — the circle cut has plenty of room. Wear it over skinny jeans for a casual retro look, or over opaque tights if the event's outdoors and you need warmth.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
