Check the size chart image for chest and height measurements. The stretch fabric has some give, but the muscle padding sits best when the chest measurement matches your actual size — too loose and it looks baggy, too tight and the padding buckles.
Can I wear this over regular clothes, or does it go on like a jumpsuit?
It's a fitted jumpsuit meant to be worn over underwear or compression shorts — the muscle padding and digital print are designed to sit close to the body for the sculpted superhero effect. Wearing bulky clothes underneath defeats the silhouette.
Is the cape removable, or does it stay on all night?
The cape detaches via velcro at the shoulders — pop it off when you're navigating tight spaces, sitting down for dinner, or ready to dance without the dramatic flair. Reattaches in seconds.
How do I wash this? Is the padding durable?
Hand wash cold and air dry to protect the digital print and fiber padding. The topstitched muscle definition holds up through wear, but machine washing can shift the padding or fade the printed details over time.
