What size should I order?
This is a standard adult unisex fit designed to layer over regular clothing. The overalls have adjustable straps at the shoulders for length customisation. The mask fits most adult heads with elastic back closure. If you're on the taller or broader side, consider sizing up for easier movement during active mascot work.
Can I see clearly and breathe comfortably in the mask?
The mask has mesh eye panels for visibility and ventilation openings. It's suitable for indoor and outdoor events, though we'd recommend taking short breaks during extended wear in warm weather. The gingham shirt and overalls are lightweight enough to prevent overheating.
Care: Spot-clean the mask with damp cloth. Hand-wash the fabric pieces in cold water and line-dry. Do not tumble-dry or iron the appliquéd patches.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
