Does this costume include the turquoise wig?
No, the wig shown in photos is sold separately as an optional add-on. The five-piece costume set includes the top, skirt, sleeves, tie and stockings only. Select the wig option at checkout if you want to complete the full look.
How do the detached sleeves stay on?
The bell sleeves have elastic bands at the shoulder that slip over your upper arms to keep them in position. They're separate from the vest so you get the dramatic sleeve look without restricting your movement.
Care: Hand wash cold, hang to dry. Keep digital graphics away from heat to prevent transfer damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
