How does the inflation system work?
The costume has a built-in battery-operated fan (batteries not included) that continuously circulates air to keep the robe inflated. The fan sits inside the costume so it's hidden from view. You'll need to bring your own batteries — check the battery compartment for size requirements before your event.
Can I see clearly while wearing the mask?
The mask rests on your head and shoulders while the inflated robe fills out below. Visibility comes through the mask's eye openings, which are designed for the character's look but allow enough sight for navigating convention floors and party spaces. Practice walking around at home first so you're confident on the day.
Care: Wipe mask with damp cloth. Spot-clean inflatable robe exterior; do not machine wash while fan unit is attached. Hand-wash gloves separately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
