Q: What size should I order?
Check the size chart image for height and chest measurements. The jumpsuit has a relaxed fit with room to layer a long-sleeve tee underneath if it's a cold morning — if your child is between sizes and you want a snugger fit, size down; if you want it to last two Book Weeks, size up.
Q: Can they wear this over their uniform or do they strip down?
Goes on over underwear or a thin base layer (the fleece is warm enough on its own). For cooler days, a long-sleeve top underneath works fine — the fit is roomy through the body.
Q: How do I wash this? The tail and hood look delicate.
Cold gentle machine wash, turn inside-out to protect the 3D features. Air dry flat — the hood's structured face panel and tail hold their shape better when not tumble-dried.
Q: Will the foot covers work on outdoor surfaces or do we need shoes?
The covers are fabric, not rubberised — fine for indoor school halls or carpeted classrooms. For outdoor parade routes, playground asphalt, or wet grass, pop gumboots or sneakers over the top (the fabric stretches). Keeps their feet dry and the costume intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
