What size should I order?
This is a one-size inflatable design that fits most primary-school-age kids. The fan keeps it puffed out regardless of your child's build. Check the size chart image for height guide - if your child is taller than the range, the suit will sit shorter but still work.
How long do the batteries last?
The fan runs continuously while worn. Fresh AA batteries typically last 2-4 hours - more than enough for a school day. Pack spare batteries if you're doing a full-day event. The fan is quiet enough that it won't distract in class.
Care: Wipe clean with damp cloth; do not machine wash. Remove battery pack before storage.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
