What size should I order?
This fits kids aged 7-10 years (roughly 130-150 cm tall). The shoulder straps adjust to keep it secure, and because it inflates around them rather than being tight-fitted, there's flexibility across the age range. If your child is at the smaller end of that bracket, check the straps can tighten enough—some parents report needing to tie a small knot in the strap to shorten it further.
How long do the batteries last?
On a fresh set of 4 × AA batteries, the fan typically runs 4-6 hours—easily enough for a full school day or evening of trick-or-treating. The fan is fairly quiet (think small desk fan hum), and the costume stays inflated as long as the fan is running. Pack spare batteries if you're doing a long event.
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth; deflate and store flat when not in use. Remove batteries between wears.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
