This Kids Dark Knight Costume brings armoured vigilante energy straight from the comic pages — sculpted muscle padding across the chest and arms, printed tactical armour panels, and a bat emblem front and centre. The full-body jumpsuit comes with integrated boot covers, gold bat emblems on the toes, and a scalloped black cape that drapes to ankle length.
The charcoal-gray armour texture is printed with dimensional shading so it reads like real plating, not flat fabric. Muscle definition is sewn into the torso and biceps — no stuffing required. What size should I order?
Check the size chart for chest and height measurements. The muscle padding adds bulk through the torso, so if your kid is between sizes and prefers a snug superhero fit, stick with their usual size. If they're growing fast or you want room for a shirt underneath, size up.
Can they wear this over regular clothes?
It's designed to be worn over underwear or a thin base layer — the muscle padding and armour print look best when the jumpsuit sits close to the body. A long-sleeve shirt underneath will flatten the sculpted chest effect.
How do I wash this? Is the fabric durable?
Hand wash cold or gentle machine cycle in a laundry bag; hang to dry. The muscle padding holds its shape well through multiple wears, and the printed armour doesn't crack if you keep it out of the dryer.
Is the cape removable for active play?
Yes — the cape attaches at the shoulders with hook-and-loop fastenings, so you can take it off for playground safety or reattach it for photo moments. The mask elastic adjusts to fit most head sizes comfortably.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
