This runs as a relaxed-fit hoodie — not oversized, but roomy through the torso. If you're between sizes or want a closer fit, size down. The ribbed cuffs and waistband give you flex either way.
Can I wear this over other costume pieces?
Absolutely. The pullover style goes on easily over a base layer or ninja gear. The kangaroo pocket is roomy enough to stash small cosplay props or your phone.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
