How does the fan system work?
The fan unit sits inside the costume (in a waist pocket or clipped to waistband) with a power cord running to the orange battery pack. Install 4 AA batteries (screwdriver required to open battery cover), switch it on, and the costume inflates in seconds. Runs for hours on a fresh set of batteries. Turn off the fan when not wearing for storage.
Can they see and breathe properly?
Yes — the face opening in the centre of the sloth's face gives clear forward visibility and plenty of airflow. Your child's face shows through the cutout, making it easier for them to navigate and keeping them cool.
Care: Wipe clean with damp cloth; deflate and fold flat for storage. Remove batteries if storing long-term.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
