Check the size chart image for chest and height measurements. The trousers have an elastic waist and the top is generously cut, so there's some flex. If your child is between sizes, we'd say size up for comfort and longer wear.
Can they wear this over regular clothes?
The top and trousers are standalone pieces, not a layer. Wear a plain t-shirt underneath if the classroom's cold, but the costume's designed to be the outfit itself.
Is Wagner the Owl securely attached?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
