What size does this fit?
One size fits most adults. The pot body is a loose cylinder that hangs from adjustable suspenders, so it accommodates a wide range of builds. Wear dark clothing underneath (black tee and pants work perfectly) to let the sunflower and pot do the talking.
Can I sit down while wearing this?
You can, but the pot section is fairly rigid and sits low, so chairs with arms might be a tight squeeze. Best for standing events or outdoor parties where you can perch on the edge of things. The headpiece comes off easily if you need a break.
Care: Spot-clean foam sections with a damp cloth; do not machine wash or tumble dry.
