This costume features a long sleeved navy blue jacket with an attached green waistcoat with buttons. On the sleeves of the jacket is a white jagged hem to give the effect that you have been wearing the same clothes for a little while now.
Also included is a pair of brown trousers with a rough hem around the ankles and an elasticated waist for comfort whilst being worn.
Completing this paupers look is a purple paisley printed neck scarf and a soft and flexible top hat with a white band.
Don't forget to add some black or brown Face paint to complete the poor look.
